Review: Loïc Georgeault

What a treat we had today at Holy Trinity Church, Gosport. Loïc Georgeault, who joined us from St Malo, France, brought us a beautiful music programme of three German composers: Mendelssohn, Rheinberger and Reger - and we loved every piece. Loïc explained that this was music he really loved to play: music that expressed the full range of human emotions. His playing certainly moved us all and we thanked him for his superb playing. Loïc was ably assisted by his wife, Florence Rousseau. When we said 'au revoir' and 'bon voyage' for a safe journey home, we did so in the very real hope that he will return in the not-too-distant future!
