Home > Advent and Christmas Services 2024

Christmas is the Christian festival that celebrates the birth of Jesus: when, we believe, God Himself was born as a human being and marking a decisive turning-point in history. Advent refers to the four weeks before Christmas Day in which we yearly focus our minds on the mystery of Christ’s coming. Both Advent and the Christmas season are busy times in the church, with a cycle of special services in addition to our normal worship. It is very usual for the church to receive many visitors on these occasions and we extend a warm welcome to everyone to join us for some or all of them.
